The latest forecast is now saying we have a 60% chance for more champagne snow during the day tomorrow, something around 3 to 7 inches possible. Who knows, maybe this will be the one that favors us with an un-expected yielding of snow! We’ve been seeing a slight warming trend the last 5 days as the daytime high steadily raised a few degrees daily throughout the week. The temperature at Mid-Mountain nearly hit 50 degrees today, sometime around 12:30pm. The temperature has been dropping by the hour since then and will continue to do steadily through tomorrow. Bring a couple extra layers, a scarf, and some sunblock for the wind tomorrow because the daytime high is only going to be 25 degrees! Please be ready for some fast conditions tomorrow morning, there is too much variance between the daytime high and overnight low. If we start getting the snow, there is going to be some really fine powder accumulation throughout the day. Come on Snow!
I went up and took some video of the Transworld TransAM event yesterday if you want to check it out. There were 102 competitors during the initial, “Traffic Jam,” all the video is taken during that first session.

They say their best handiwork is on Ellie’s in CA today and on Lower North Bowl in NV. We have 3 full terrain parks and [...]
